At OBI we believe that the true test of your insurance is when you make a claim. Most policies now are very broad, with accidental damage covers included in a lot of home and business covers, you'll be surprised what you can claim for. We always ask that you contact us if you think you may have a claim. The reason is two fold, we want to make sure that your claim runs smoothly and also make sure you get everything your entitled to under your policy. Also if you have an urgent problem outside of business hours, please refer to the mobile numbers on our contacts page as we are more than happy to take your call to advise and assist with claims issues at any time. Most insurers now have phone lodgement of claims, which takes away the need to complete a claim form, however if you prefer you can download one of the claim forms below, complete it and forward it to our office, either via email

Depending on the type and size of your claim, your insurer may appoint an assessor to manage your claim process. Please remember that part of our service is to advise and assist you, so if at anytime you feel that your not getting what you should or that the claim is taking too long, let us know, as assessors and insurance companies do make mistakes when settling claims.
